What does this Support Worker job involve?
Hours of Work:40 Hours Per Week - Shifts available between 07:00 - 22:00
About The Role
On a typical day, you will be working on your own visiting clients in their homes. You will show up with a smile, ask them how they are doing and provide companionship to build trust and friendship.
Every client’s need is unique, however, the role includes some or all of:
• Companionship services – having a cuppa, going out, sharing hobbies, etc.
• Providing personal care – bathing and dressing.
• Administering and documenting medication
• Documenting care activities and liaising with the office to discuss changing client needs.
