German Speaking - Market Co-ordinator, Rugby
£34,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits
(Hybrid option after the probationary period)
Reporting to the Project Administration Manager, the broad outline of the role will be to provide a high standard of market support to our client account. The role will be 80/20 office-based.
Candidates must be customer-centric, flexible, and able to organise their own workload; be proactive and project manage high-value orders. The role is admin-orientated and requires a good understanding of processes/procedures with defined deadlines. It is a reactive role with some degree of proactivity required such as chasing orders/quotes, setting up site visits, attending conferences, building rapport with the customer, and offering product switches to provide a high level of customer service and improved efficiencies.
Duties:
1. The Market Co-ordinator will have responsibility for customer service levels.
2. Work with the Administration team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth ordering process with the aim of deliveries being on time in full.
3. Report and resolve any customer issues.
4. Liaising with internal departments to facilitate a smooth process from quote through to post shipment and after sales care.
5. Carrying out administration functions including projects, resupply quotes/orders, warranty, stock queries, overdue, obsolete/slow-moving stock.
6. Providing weekly visit reports detailing any outcomes/opportunities/challenges.
7. Promote the use of online ordering to customers.
8. Utilising MS Office and CRM to support day-to-day activities.
9. Attendance at events (conferences and workshops) as the company representative.
10. Provide weekly reports to Sales Director/Project Administration Manager with regards to site/customer visits.
11. Initially covering the DACH market but may expand into other European markets to support growth/workload as required.
Skills Required:
1. Bi-Lingual - Native or Fluent German and excellent spoken and written English.
2. Customer centric, flexible, can organise workload, be proactive and project manage high-value orders.
3. Previous administration and customer care skills essential.
4. This role would suit a driven/results-oriented candidate, who is positive and enjoys working within a busy team.
5. Car driver essential.
