Adaptainer is looking for someone who is confident, friendly and loves building relationships on the phone.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Being the first point of contact for all enquiries
* Seeing customers through their experience with Adaptainer, keeping them up to date and helping with any queries
* Building relationships with new and existing customers
* Quoting new customers over the phone
* Estimating delivery costs
* Handling any enquiries from customers and clients quickly and efficiently
* Following up sales enquiries with outbound calls and emails
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience in customer service or sales desirable
* Outgoing and approachable personality with a good telephone manner
* Excellent at building relationships with a wide range of people
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Able to multitask, plan and organise workload to meet tight deadlines
* Must be able to work unsupervised and well under pressure
* Willing to go above and beyond for customers and the business
* Driven to succeed and progress
