We are working with a vibrant primary school in the B44 area, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher for an immediate start.

About The Role:
1. Enthusiastic about education and teaching – plan and deliver lessons effectively, collaborating with teaching assistants.
2. Ability to mark work and provide feedback.
3. Effectively manage behaviour in the classroom and follow the school's behaviour policies.
4. Ensure safeguarding of children.
5. Communicate effectively with parents, SENDCo's, and other educational professionals if/when needed.
6. Confidently and flexibly meet the diverse needs of students, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
7. Be flexible to year group/key stage.
About You:
1. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
2. Passionate about delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
3. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
4. Over 1 year of applicable references.
5. Ability to drive or reliably commute at late notice.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Confident in contributing to the school community.
8. Availability for after school meetings, training days, and school events.
