The Sales Channel Development team is responsible for all dealer network related topics establishing long-term plans to optimise global dealer coverage in all markets, whilst ensuring a healthy and profitable network willing to invest in our brand. The team works closely together with the five RRMC regional offices located around the world to help maintain and monitor the Rolls-Royce defined retail standards to safeguard the overall customer experience within the global dealer network.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Channel Development Intern to support all commercial activities.
What awaits you?
1. Co-ordinate dealer development activities e.g. supply of dealer contracts to a newly approved candidate, progression of a new dealer through systems set-up process.
2. Assessment of viability of markets for a new dealer presence conducting full analysis and evaluation.
3. Act as a liaison point between Sales Channel Development department and regions.
4. Manage any changes to our network ensuring we always have an up-to-date global dealer database.
5. Key support to the wider Sales Channel Development team.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Working towards a 2:2 degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Business Management related degree would be preferential.
2. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
3. Ability to multitask, support a variety of tasks and prioritise workload.
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
