Role Outline Wellbeing Advisor/Physiologist Location: Nottingham (with nationwide travel to client sites) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (8am–6pm) Requirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site health screenings, wellness roadshows, and chronic disease management programs. Provide evidence-based health coaching, tailored to individual risk factors (e.g., blood biomarkers, adiposity). Design and implement personalised action plans to support sustainable lifestyle changes. Interpret clinical data, assess risks, and escalate cases to medical professionals where needed. Lead health promotion campaigns, workshops, and webinars to empower employee wellbeing. Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment in line with organisational protocols. Essential Qualifications: Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Health Science, or related field. Experience in health promotion, clinical settings, or workplace wellness. Strong skills in health assessments, data interpretation, and behaviour change coaching. Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
