Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a confident individual on behalf of a small but well established business in the Financial Services sector based in Leatherhead. The postholder will be responsible for providing administration support to their financial advisors. Duties Include: Preperation and submission of new business files Diary management including booking of appointments Administration support to the financial advisers including Pensions, Investments and Insurance Client report writing Client liaison through phones call and emails Working with the back office system - maintaining client files and details Income reconciliation You will possess the following attributes: Ideally a recent University leaver educated to a degree level GCSEs C's and above Must be positive, friendly and approachable Conscientious worker with an eye for details Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages Excellent communicator, friendly and approachable Be able to commute to Leatherhead - this is not easily commutable on public transport In return our client offers a competitive salary along with all the tools you will need to become successful and progress within the company as it continues to grow.
