This role is based in our Leeds offices.
As a Client Support Associate, you will provide administrative and client support within the Financial Planning Team. By ensuring the seamless handling of client information, regulatory compliance, and effective workflow management, the role contributes to delivering exceptional client service and supporting the team's objectives of winning new work and maintaining client relationships.
Roles and responsibilities
As Financial Planning Support, you duties include:
* Responsible for setting up new prospects and new opportunities on our Client Relationship Management system, ensuring the information is accurate and input in a timely manner.
* To ensure client records are maintained and information is accurately recorded on Intelliflo Office.
* To conduct pre-engagement checks to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
* To ensure client documents are held in accordance with internal standards so they can be accessed in an efficient manner.
* To adhere to the processes in place to allow for accurate monitoring and tracking of all new and ongoing work.
* To arrange client annual review meetings and meeting packs, including obtaining updated information and performance data. Ensuring annual review records are accurately maintained.
* Accurate submission of all new work ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards through effective communication and excellent record keeping.
* Assisting the Paraplanner with research by obtaining letters of authority and recording all plan information.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Financial Services industry experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Process driven with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
