About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Handle sales inquiries, negotiating prices and packages to meet client needs.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals for our clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
