Responsible for escalating concerns to the Operational Leads in relation to all aspects of the patient journey and service delivery. Responsible for clinic planning and management of clinic room bookings and revision of clinics to serve the service need. Provides, creates and interprets spread sheets for audit purposes. Co-ordinate a comprehensive administrative service prioritising, delegating, organising workloads as appropriate. Set up clinic sessions with current clinical system (RiO) as directed by Operational Leads. To continually manage and review the clinic schedules, ensuring improvements are implemented. Be responsible for providing current /up to date information to the Appointment Booking Centre, regarding slot availability and wait times to ensure all available capacity is used as well as offer support, guidance and advice as necessary. To escalate and manage IT and system issues and report back to the Operational Leads action taken.
