In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 4 Software Development Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Ability to test software, diagnose problems and identify and communicate potential solutions. Assist in design and progress meetings. Understand, write or amend computer code. Assist in the keeping of accurate records of developments, changes and results. Assist in the development of best practice and SOPs. Take part in trials and quality checks prior to release of update / software. Confidence and ability to discuss software requirements with the end user and the development team. Provide ad-hoc system support to end users. Support in the improvement of end user skill set. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,173 per annum Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8:30am 1pm 25 days plus bank holidays - pro rata'd out.
