Salary: £27,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 am - 17:00 pm

Please note: This is an on-campus role, with no opportunity for hybrid/remote working.
We are looking to recruit a Student Information Officer to join our Student Information team based at our Liverpool Campus.
As a Student Information Officer, you will be providing exceptional customer service to students and staff across all programmes. You will act as the first point of contact, providing general information on a range of non-academic queries and supporting to ensure students have a positive experience whilst at the University.
The Student Information team also assists students in accessing specialist advice and support from other ULaw services including welfare, disability support and inclusion, employability, and study skills.
As our Student Information Officer, you will:
* Provide information and support on a range of enquiries including those relating to new students transitioning to the campus and/or a new course, assessments, timetabling, print services, and more.
* Work in collaboration with the University’s Student Immigration Compliance & Advice team to support international students.
* Understand other services available to students and how they are accessed in order to effectively signpost and enable the best possible experience for each individual student.
* Resolve all queries and requests in an efficient manner in accordance with established service levels, referring to and liaising with relevant specialist teams where required within agreed processes.
We are looking for people who are/have:
* Relevant experience in the provision of high-quality customer service.
* Able to manage their own time effectively to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
* Experience of providing information, advice, and guidance to individuals on a one-to-one basis.
* Able to provide a high level of service, support, and advice to students, staff, and visitors.
* Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a wide range of people.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours when assessment support is needed and during the enrolment period.
