Facilities Manager

Salary: Up to 45K

Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and to manage and document their properties correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor contractor performance
2. Manage operational budgets
3. Facilitate company audits
4. Support client management team in delivering high standards to our clients
5. Onboard new contractors and offboard underperforming contractors
6. Monitor contract performance and compliance
7. Resolve disputes and issues
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience
2. Full UK driver's license
3. RICS Certification
4. Contract negotiation
5. Performance management
