As our Ecommerce Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our online operations and ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Product Management: Assist with product listings, including creating engaging descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Order Processing: Handle online orders, ensuring timely processing and excellent customer service throughout the fulfilment process.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing helpful and prompt assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, email campaigns, and social media initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
Data Analysis: Monitor website performance and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
