We are currently looking for highly motivated engineering students to intern at a fast-paced, internationally growing organization with a start-up culture. In this role, you will participate in a wide range of consulting projects including the design, analysis, and optimization of turbomachinery components. This training internship is for a 6-month period, full-time (40 hours per week) and paid. Trainees will be offered a permanent position based on performance evaluations made upon completion of the internship period.

Responsibilities:
* Support global team on all steps of the turbomachinery design and analysis process.
* Develop test cases and perform validation on aero-thermodynamic and mechanical studies using in-house software AxSTREAM and AxCYCLE for design, analysis, and optimization of turbines, pumps, and compressors.
* Write technical publications based on internal results and improve existing documents.
* Attend onsite/online training classes to sharpen turbomachinery fundamental skills and improve the software.
* Participate at conferences and trade shows and animate technical webinars.
* Develop and deliver software demonstrations to prospects and current clients.
Required Qualifications:
* Masters in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science.
* Recent graduates with GPA > 3.3 and strong interest in compressors/pumps.
* Strong theoretical background in turbomachinery principles, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
* Ability to pay attention to details and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ph.D in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science.
* Experience with in-house software like AxSTREAM/AxCYCLE.
