HR Partner South West Wales (Hybrid) 37 hours What you will be doing Y ou will play an integral role in the People team, developing a partnership role with managers and key stakeholders. Provide guidance and advice within your business area on a range of complex HR issues Lead and manage projects Support department and company initiatives in line with strategy Play a leading role in culture change programmes. Build key external relationships, working with a collaborative approach What you will need Excellent knowledge of HR disciplines, employment legislation and working with policies and procedures Excellent standard of IT literacy and experience in using HR systems Experience in managing complex cases You will be self motivated, organised with strong time management and be delivery focussed.
