We are seeking an accomplished leader to assume the role of Head of Major Highway Projects within our esteemed Highways and Transport Department at Wiltshire Council.
The ideal candidate will have Chartered status in Civil Engineering and more than 15 years of expertise in major infrastructure planning and delivery in a highways and transport setting.

Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, design, and delivery of high-profile highway projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing a team of engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits such as pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
