We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Social & Display Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving traffic and brand awareness via paid social channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing to manage and optimise our paid strategy across all channels. You’ll be working closely with the wider marketing teams to ensure the growth and success of our paid media efforts, with a particular focus on driving results for our Pets website.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week at our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social lead strategy, collaborating with key social media platforms to meet campaign objectives.
2. Take ownership of the full lifecycle of specified paid social campaigns, from implementation through to optimisation, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
3. Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure short- and long-term objectives are achieved, while sharing insights to improve and scale paid social activities.
4. Maintain a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all Paid Social and Display campaigns, focusing on performance enhancement through innovation, new features, and technology.
5. Improve and test existing campaigns, sharing your expertise to develop new strategies for both paid social and display channels.
6. Oversee and coordinate Display strategy, ensuring alignment with paid media and other channels.
7. Manage relationships with Display partners and agencies, while coordinating creative requirements with marketing campaign and design teams.
8. Monitor Display performance and communicate opportunities to the digital and wider marketing teams.
Essential Experience:
1. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Paid Social marketing.
2. Strong knowledge of social platforms including Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
3. Understanding of Display platforms such as DV360.
4. Experience with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and basic code implementation.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large data sets.
6. A flexible, agile approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
7. Proven experience in budget management for paid media campaigns.
Desirable Experience:
1. CRM data utilisation within acquisition channels.
2. CIM or Digital Marketing qualification.
3. Experience with other paid media channels like PPC.
4. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4.
5. Expertise in feed management optimisation.
