Main duties and responsibilities
Working closely with colleagues from Academic Schools, the role will assist in creating and maintaining accurate curriculum and course data on the Programme and Curriculum Management System (PCMS) and the Student Record System (SRS) in accordance with the University’s business processes, University Procedures and Regulations (UPRs) and external regulatory requirements. To provide information to support the course development process, with the conception, planning, and design of course structures in liaison with key stakeholders from Academic Schools and other colleagues from within Academic Services. To be responsible for the administrative support and the production, preparation, and presentation of materials for internal and external meetings as required. Skill and experience required You will have appropriate proven experience in IT across the range of Microsoft products including databases, spreadsheets, and word-processing. Ideally, you should have appropriate proven administrative experience within an HEI.You should also be able to demonstrate that you have experience of providing a service to customers, and the ability to work under pressure, ideally within a complex and dynamic organisation. You should be highly organised, with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude to problem-solving, be able to demonstrate good communication skills and experience of processing data. It is essential that you should have experience of customer service. Qualifications required You should be educated to a minimum of A-levels or equivalents or proven professional work experience.
