Main Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports and documentation.
* Manage queries and requests from engineers and other stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain processes to improve workflow efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of safety statistics and inspection reports.
* Provide general administrative support to the engineering team.

* Proven experience in administrative roles with strong technical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Validated IT skills with proficiency in management reporting systems.
