This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our office. You will receive full training and support while working alongside experienced professionals. Your duties will include:
1. Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
2. Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
3. Supporting various departments with client-focused tasks.
4. Maintaining and updating records in line with company policies.
5. Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent GCSE grades 4-9 / A*-C).
