If the answer is yes, then read on About the Care Coordinator role: As a Care Coordinator, you will ensure seamless, organised and effective care delivery. Your primary duties include reviewing care plans when problems arise, visit clients to monitor the care provided and manage the community care team. This is a dual role, Care coordinator will be required to attend care visits. Being a Care Coordinator is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Manager with Business Growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care. Skills and abilities: · Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative · Highly organised and able to prioritise. · Good oral and written communication skills · Knowledge of domiciliary care provision. We are a local, reputable, long-standing domiciliary care company supporting our clients in their own homes. We cover Chelmsford, Billericay, Ingatestone,Brentwood and surrounding areas. Full UK driver's licence, own vehicle and flexible availability is essential. Full training will be given to the right candidate, along with genuine opportunities to gain care qualifications and be surrounded by a lovely 'family-feel' team.
