We are looking for a Junior PA in our Manchester office.
Salary is £26,000 per annum, role is office based.
Hours: 9 - 5; Location: Manchester; Working Hours: Full Time; Term: Permanent; Experience Level: Entry Level
You will be responsible for managing diaries, setting up and attending team meetings, arranging travel and coordinating complex bills on a monthly basis and chasing up unpaid bills as required. As a PA, you will:
1. Manage diaries, keeping them up to date and reminding fee earners of meetings on a daily basis.
2. Arrange for files to be opened and closed, supervise general filing requirements and record keeping.
3. Become an active part in the care of clients and be wholly familiar with contacts/clients.
4. Deal with basic client queries and general administration.
5. Type urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails.
6. Assist fee earners in the billing and credit control process.
7. Assist other departments by providing any required support to meet the business needs.
For this role you will need to:
1. Have an accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
2. Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Be able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
4. Be able to quickly build confidence, respect, and trust with others.
5. Have an excellent telephone manner.
