Role Title:Office Administration Assistant(Part-time) Location Belfast (Duncrue Street) Reports to:Managing Director Role Purpose To assist part time in the general business admin functions in a small business and to cover holidays. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Assist with: Answering phone calls including sales orders, purchases & logistics queries. Processing and review of sales invoices, statements & contracts. Processing and review of purchase invoices & haulier invoices. Processing of customs admin documentation. Stock reconciliations. Liaise with bank for business queries. Monitor customer accounts weekly against credit limits & agreed payment terms. Support sales & marketing initiatives. Providing support and assistance to colleagues regarding general administration. The role is 3 days per week however it will temporarily flex with advance notice to 5 days per week to cover holidays for one colleague. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential Flexible when required to increase working days to cover holidays. GCSE level of education (or equivalent) or proven experience of office & accounts admin. Computer literate & knowledge of Microsoft office especially Excel. Minimum 3 - 5 years experience of office & accounts administration. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with people at all levels both internally and externally. A team player who is good at building effective relationships within a very small team (6 employees).
