The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in similar settings such as Teaching Assistant, Youth Work, Family Support Work, Behaviour Mentor or Children’s Residential Support Work. We are working with Mainstream Primary schools in Alfreton DE55 Derbyshire, focusing on long-term and permanent employment, meaning that you return to the SAME school every day, therefore offering consistency not only to staff, but for the students also, with often this resulting in you transferring across onto schools contract. Working with such a range of different school settings means that we have endless opportunities to suit exactly what you are looking for – aligning with your skillset and experience.
