Sales Support Analyst Intern Update all Stock and Sales Data in our Stock and Sell Out Tracker - weekly. Analyse sell-out vs. sell-in forecast and identify any gaps or over-forecasting. Make recommendations. Prepare new product forecast launch plan templates and EOL planning. Conduct promo planning analysis pre- and post-promotions. Make recommendations for future promotions. Calculate stock compensation impacts based on stock repositions. Send out samples to customers and track the sample cupboard to ensure 100% sample availability. Complete and send out set-up sheets to customers. Prepare and send out price lists to distributors while tracking FMTs for new listings or price changes. Provide quotes for B2B opportunities as requested by customers. Update the B2B Tracking Document to show the progress of B2B business. Candidate Profile: Passionate about the consumer electronics industry. Strong communication and coordination skills; able to proactively push and coordinate with various departments to complete tasks. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with English as a working language. Excellent reading and writing skills are required, and proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Available on-site four days a week. High performers may be considered for a full-time position.
