About the Role
Oversight of E&I activities on a new build pharmaceutical facility within the allocated area.
Responsibilities
1. Over 10 years of work experience in managing large-scale and complex projects.
2. Good understanding of the supply chain market and dynamics in which the company operates.
3. Professional competence through operational involvement in all phases of large-scale complex projects from estimating, pre-construction, installation, commissioning, demonstration, and handover.
4. Technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills necessary to deliver large/multiple projects.
5. Understanding of H&S policies and live energy practices with positive safety values and behaviours.
6. Drive for the implementation of QMS Systems, ITP & Commissioning Management/Handover plans.
7. Initiative to identify and follow through on all tasks required for delivery.
8. Strong communication skills, both articulate and effective.
9. Ability to motivate and inspire their team.
10. Clarity of purpose in project delivery objectives.
11. Strong organisational skills, taking a methodical and proactive approach.
12. Actively seeks ways to share knowledge and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
1. Electrical Academic/Technical Qualification.
Required Skills
1. Membership of an industry-related professional institution such as CIBSE, CIOB, IEI, or equivalent.
2. Appropriate management or H&S qualification.
3. Planning and Programming.
4. Project Management.
Skills
1. Higher Diploma or Degree in a technical or construction-related subject.
2. Professional accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers at MCIBSE level or equivalent.
