HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Bournemouth, £17.12ph PAYE - Reference: 5257846
20 hours a week
Working hours ideally include Thursdays and Fridays
Hybrid working but must attend sites in accordance with business need.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively manage and deliver employee relations casework.
2. Provide professional advice on all aspects of employee relations including absence management, grievance, disciplinary and performance management, escalating casework where appropriate.
3. Work closely with other HR colleagues and across services to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
4. Develop and maintain good working relationships with Trade Unions to resolve individual cases and effective consultation on people related solutions.
5. Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation.
6. Coach, train and develop managers in good practice employee relations knowledge & skills.
This is a part-time role on a temporary contract basis.
