Mental Health Support Worker Seacroft, Leeds Mental Health Rehabilitation Service Full time, 38.5 Hours a week, Days Only £23,712.00 per annum / £12 per hour £15 overtime Active Pathways are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join Millcroft House, our Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation service located in Seacroft, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker eager to positively impact the lives of the clients in their care. The role involves working from 7:45am to 7:45pm on a rotating two-week rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday As a Support Worker, you will: Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting. Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents. Provide emotional and practical support to residents. Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion. Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community. Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
