We’re looking for an enthusiastic Woodland/Horticultural Operative to join our passionate and experienced team. This diverse role will see you involved in a variety of projects, from woodland and estate management to environmental restoration and outdoor craftsmanship. No two days are the same, and your work will make a tangible impact on the landscapes we help nurture. As this is a new area of the business, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the role, drive future projects, and establish best practices. Key Responsibilities: Assist with woodland and estate management, including tree work, forestry, and vegetation management Take part in creating wildflower meadows, installing ponds, planting trees, and other landscaping activities Support the creation of bespoke woodland furniture and participate in woodland crafts Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, ensuring the highest standards of safety and environmental care Collaborate with the team while also being able to work independently Continuously learn and develop your skills in woodland management, horticulture, and conservation What We’re Looking For: We value passion for the environment just as much as experience. We’re happy to support the right candidate in gaining relevant skills and certifications.
