A HSE Manager is required to join a large organisation and to assist with the management of the Health and Safety process.Some of your duties will include:
1. Working alongside the Health and Safety Advisor and managing Health and Safety processes
2. Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture aimed at preventing and reducing accidents
3. Conducting regular workspace inspection to ensure all areas are compliant
4. Providing training and education about safe systems at work to all employees
5. Conducting investigations into any safety accidents and incidents that occur
6. Ensuring the organisation is fully compliant with all relevant regulations
