Job description: We are recruiting a SAP Admin Support role to join our Muller Milk and Ingredients business at Severnside. Job purpose: To provide day to day operational support to the site to ensure the smooth operation of transactional data through SAP Contract: Full time- Permanent Salary: £26,000 Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri (8-4) Location: Severnside Tasks and responsibilities are, but not limited to the following: Check transaction ZUCO54 for terminated messages for bagging line and PLFM production; fix the underlying problems and resend the messages Check transaction COGI for goods movement errors, fix the underlying problems and reprocess the movements. Review open orders in transaction COOSIPI, identify orders that need to be closed (completed) still in use or orders with errors. Check transaction ZUPOV for orders that need to be closed and fix any variances. Check local database for each finished goods order to see if all pallets have been dispatched. Establish if there are any ghost pallets that need removing, remove ghost pallets and adjust the consumption Make sure that the final confirmation and TECO flags are set for each completed order Reconcile SAP stocks with physical stock count for bulk liquid and powders, butter, tankers and bottled products Check variances on all orders for previous month, fix variances if any identified Check all orders are free from terminated messages and goods movements errors. Check that all orders are finally confirmed, final delivery and TECO flags Support Ad hoc delivery of projects in conjunction with the SAP System Manager Work collaboratively with other parts of Manufacturing and controlling functions and wider business.
