Catering Operations Support Manager required to support our beautiful homes in the Wiltshire ,Somerset & Dorset Area Salary: Depending on experience Country Court are looking for a Catering Operations Support Manager to support our Chef Managers & catering teams in our beautiful 5 care & nursing homes. You will be required to travel across our homes in the Wiltshire ,Somerset & Dorset Area, so you will need to have access to your own transport. THE CATERING OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER ROLE Within the Catering Operations Support Manager role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Some of your responsibilities will include: Direct & support our Chef Managers & catering teams in all aspects of their duties Demonstrate how to cook, prepare & present all meals to specification. Guide the team how not to over produce meals by following the order sheets Ensure daily, weekly & monthly due diligence is completed across our Homes Cover the Chef or chef manager in some of the homes when required Lead the training of Country Court Food Safety Manual Financially develop and monitor the team Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customer and colleagues.
