Trading for 13 years, the business is embarking on a new phase of growth.
To facilitate this, our senior team has been driving processes, our tech stack, & general organisation of the business to accelerate our people's performance.
Leading the Delivery & Candidate team of 4, you will be accountable for the flow of labour, building labour pools in advance of our client's requirements.
Then, the efficient placement of labour onto projects, engaging both client & candidate and managing expectations of both.
Utilising our tech stack to manage processes & oversee performance, lead & motivate the team, and drive a culture of results while managing time effectively.
Skills Required:
1. Experience being a team leader/manager
2. Recruitment background
3. Excellent communication
4. Ability to multi-task while maintaining detail
5. Remain calm in a busy, pressurised department
6. Team player
7. Proactive & can-do attitude
The applicant will report to the Managing Director & be part of the senior team.
Ongoing coaching & training will be provided to continuously improve.
