Main duties of the job In this pivotal role, you'll take the lead on shaping strategic workforce priorities, focusing on workforce development and transformation that spans both clinical and corporate services. This role provides an opportunity to make a real difference by driving forward programs that will shape the future of our healthcare system. You will play a key role in defining processes, and advise on workforce priorities including education, training, leadership, and workforce redesign. Your ability to connect and communicate with stakeholders across different sectors and the ICB will be essential. You'll be the go-to expert, bringing people together, aligning strategies, and ensuring that our workforce programs fit seamlessly with the wider vision of BSW ICB/ICS. Whether you're advising on workforce development, leading transformation initiatives, or taking forward education, your impact will be felt across the board. As the Senior People and Workforce Lead, you'll work closely with national and regional bodies like NHSE and Skills for Care, ensuring that you are up to date with best practices and emerging trends to enhance workforce productivity and efficiency.
