Job Title : Business Support Officer Salary: £26,213 - £28,435 per annum 35 Hours per Week Location: County Hall, Worcester Permanent The Role: We are looking to appoint an organised and motivated person to be part of a busy team providing support services to the Adoption and Permanency Support Team within Worcestershire County Council. The successful candidate will support the Team Manager which will involve a range of business support activities to enable the service to meet its business plan to provide timely and effective services to children, young people and their families. You will take the lead for delegated work activity which will encompass interesting, varied and challenging tasks where excellent communication skills both written and oral are paramount, together with excellent organisation skills. As well as this, you will be working holistically with colleagues across the service to ensure that Worcestershire permanence plans are met in accordance with our court-directed timetable. Reliability, ability to work individually and as part of a fast-paced team, effective time management skills, computer literacy including statistical and data analysis and the ability to prioritise your own workload are essential key qualities for this post.
