Overview:
As an important member of the Cleens marketing team, the Cleens Content Co-Ordinator is mainly responsible for supporting the delivery of our industry-leading content to stakeholders at all touchpoints including agency partners, social media, owned digital channels, OOH, and more. Working as part of a close-knit team, the position requires an excellent understanding of the Cleens brand, its digital & physical channels, market position, and general industry content demands and intricacies.
The holder of the role is required to be flexible and adaptable to meet the requirements of a fast-growing challenger brand. A high principle of standards with excellent proactivity, organisational, communication, and reporting skills is essential within the role.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop & deliver Cleens content requirements across all communication mediums.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team, product team, ops, and customer care teams to align content with business objectives.
* Oversee both long-form and short-form content distribution across various formats, including videos, stills, and graphics – with the support of agencies and the wider internal marketing function.
* Own and ensure regular content distribution updates across desktop, mobile, apps, CRM, paid & organic media.
* Work cross-department to ensure relevant content is delivered and presented in the best possible way, commercially relevant and in line with Cleens brand guidelines.
* Work closely with our web agency for all day-to-day content updates and development needs.
* Support localised content strategies that reflect the unique needs of consumers across different markets.
* Assist with content launches to ensure timed content is on schedule.
* Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine the digital experience and improve user outcomes.
* Prepare reports when required by collating, analysing, and reviewing available data.
* Maintain the brand content tracker to ensure monthly content targets, asset usage, and minimize wastage.
* Explore and identify opportunities to help improve the output of marketing campaigns and associated content.
* Partner with our agency UX/UI and engineering teams to ensure a consistent and seamless content experience across all Cleens digital touchpoints.
* Continually monitor competitors for activity, trends, and inspiration aligned with this role.
* Campaign & creative briefing.
* Print management and briefing (when required).
* Daily tests of links, banners, and pages, ensuring correct content, links, and collections are being used.
* Copywriting and proofreading associated with content production.
* Asset reviewing and approval/seeking sign-off.
Position Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in content marketing, digital product management, content management, or a related role.
* Experience working within content ecosystems, ideally in a related product field.
* Understanding of the Cleens brand, its market standpoint, and consumer.
* Strong understanding of content as a product, including its role in member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Excellent organisational, communication (written & verbal), and presentation skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Must be a team player, flexible, and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Willing to widen job remit when needed with the goal of assisting the team to achieve an overall result.
* Experience of planning and scheduling web & social content.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Proactive and collaborative, with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge in interpreting briefs accurately and delivering efficiently.
* Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to manage own workloads to set deadlines.
* Must hold a valid passport and be prepared to travel throughout the UK and internationally.
* Ability to use all Microsoft Office programs.
* Ability to use Google Suite.

* Familiar with Shopify as a web platform.
* Experience within the fashion retail industry.
* Experience in briefing creative assets and all associated asset sizing.
* Experience in graphic design and print.
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.
