We have an opportunity for an experienced Auditor to step into a role with diverse responsibilities and growth potential, working closely with partners and managers, leading audits, and providing high-quality, client-focused services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle audits from planning to completion, including supervising and delegating work to trainees.
2. Ensure timely delivery of audit files and maintain agreed-upon budgets and deadlines.
3. Participate in statutory accounts preparation, tax compliance, and other ad-hoc services.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, attending planning and close-down meetings.
5. Motivate and guide junior staff, assisting with their development and progression.
6. Ensure compliance with UK auditing standards (mainly FRS102).
7. Identify client needs and provide initial solutions, communicating them to managers/partners.
8. Achieve chargeable hour targets and take responsibility for your professional development.
Skills & Expertise:
1. ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years of audit experience, including leading audits.
2. Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards (FRS102) and auditing standards.
3. Proficient in Audit and Accounts software and Microsoft Office 365.
