Reporting to the HR Director, this role will manage the reward (compensation and benefits) offering for the UK-based business. This company have a great office environment often have socials and activities held most months across the Corporate functions.
Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK
Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programs
To participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions ensuring that all the relevant data is analysed accordingly
To ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies
To support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting including remuneration statements, minimum wage etc
At least 2 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role
Previous experience working with IT systems and Data Management
Advanced Excel skills including Power BI
