YMCA Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire are a small but fast growing and aspirational Housing Association who are carving a niche as the housing provider of choice for young adults in our area. We are looking for a humble, hard-working and emotionally intelligent manager to support our small but dedicated team to operate our housing management functions such as lettings and rent management at our CMK Campus, move-on properties across Milton Keynes, and homes for care leavers in Northampton.

You will have good housing management experience, strong organisational skills, an ability to manage a demanding workload, a friendly and approachable manner, and a commitment to providing the best possible quality service to young people.
