The Employee Relations team forms part of the University’s People and Culture team, which was named HR Team of the Year by Universities UK. The combined work of the teams across the People and Culture Directorate contributes to the University’s Strategy: People, Place, and Partnership. The Employee Relations Team has a wide and varied focus that contributes to creating a harmonious work environment underpinned by the University’s values of Collaboration, Inclusion, Integrity, and Enhancing Potential.
As a member of the Employee Relations team, you will contribute to the Employee Relations function and promote a harmonious work environment and culture across the University. The Employee Relations team works closely with the People Partnering Team to help resolve conflict and embed the University’s values in the way we work. This role will involve supporting partnership working with trade unions, colleagues across the University, and other stakeholders to promote positive employment relations.
