As a skilled member of the team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care. The right candidate must have: NMC/HCPC pin: Must be a registered healthcare professional in the UK, holding either an NMC Nursing and Midwifery Council pin for nurses or an HCPC Health and Care Professions Council registration for other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists, radiographers, or paramedics. Previous dialysis/renal experience essential: The candidate must have prior experience in renal care or dialysis, which involves treating patients with kidney problems, particularly those requiring dialysis treatments. Evidence of relevant professional development: Proof of ongoing learning and development related to their professional field. This could include certifications, courses, or special training relevant to their previous job or a current job placement. Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management: Skilled at organising and managing tasks efficiently, with the ability to assess and mitigate risks in a healthcare setting. This is especially important when working with patients who require specialised care like dialysis.
