Main Duties of the Job
We are looking for a Senior Social Worker to join on a full-time, permanent basis in our Living in Care Home Review Team.

You will be responsible for:
1. Undertaking social care reviews.
2. Conducting social care assessments and mental capacity assessments.
3. Managing safeguarding enquiries and Court of Protection/Legal work.

What Will You Be Doing?
The role will require you to lead on practice and performance development through high-quality supervision and support of staff in line with The Care Act principles. You will manage essential functions of the team, including complex safeguarding situations, and ensure practice standards are being met.
About You
Experience or a willingness to work with a variety of partner organisations is vital. You will need to enjoy networking and influencing others. To apply, you must:
* Be a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration.
* Have the ability to work from various locations and travel countywide independently.
