* 28k base with 30% commission structure

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Business development through sourcing you own clients and offering your knowledge on their market
* Understanding what they are looking for in terms of a candidate
* Sourcing and screening that candidate through LinkedIn, cold calling, advertising, headhunting
* Guiding them through the interview process, organising meetings and negotiating deals between client and candidate
* Make a successful placement and get that well earned commission!
The Perfect Individual for the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Degree educated with a 2:1 or above OR strong sales experience such as B2B, B2C, KPI heavy, cold calling or telesales
* Confident communication skills
* Competitive
* Resilient
* Hard working – with examples
* A team player
* Incredibly financially motivated
