This role is critical in maintaining the integrity, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of our industry-leading water infrastructure projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance, risk management, and process improvements, working closely with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and best practice across the Alliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Audit Planning & Management and System Improvements ✅ Develop an internal assurance planning and reporting process in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards. ✅ Design and execute operational audits to ensure compliance with the Alliance Management System (AMS). ✅ Identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and drive operational efficiency. 2. Stakeholder & Team Leadership ✅ Lead and mentor the internal audit team, ensuring best practice is followed. ✅ Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the audit process. ✅ Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and certification bodies. ✅ Promote a culture of learning, transparency, and continuous improvement across the Alliance. 3. Performance Trending & Data Analytics ✅ Conduct macro-trend analysis of audit results to identify recurring issues and systemic risks. ✅ Utilise key tools such as AMS, Power BI, and data analytics platforms to track performance. ✅ Analyse KPIs to enhance processes and improve project execution.
