Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a well-established business based in North Leeds on a permanent basis.
The role has arisen due to the company going through a period of growth, and the successful candidate will be joining a team that is very friendly and supportive.
What will you be doing?
1. Scanning and referencing incoming invoices into the system.
2. Dealing with Accounts Payable queries.
3. Dealing with receipting rent.
4. Paying of Monthly rent to landlords.
5. Ad-hoc finance duties.
What skills are we looking for?
1. Have prior experience in a similar role.
2. Previous experience using MRI software.
3. Have strong Excel skills.
4. Have strong IT skills or the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
