Job Title: Account Director - Beauty, Technology, Haircare & Skincare
Location: Oxford Circus, London
Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Office attendance is expected.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Director with a proven track record in managing high-profile accounts across beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare. In this role, you will lead a team to deliver innovative, integrated campaigns that drive measurable results for our diverse client portfolio. Your deep industry expertise, extensive network of media and influencer contacts, and ability to inspire cross-functional teams will be key to our agency’s continued success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and inspiring leader who consistently delivers exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with clients across the beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare sectors.
* Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
* Lead high-level account planning and ensure client expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
* Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies that integrate digital, print, social media, influencer outreach, PR initiatives, and events.
* Ensure campaigns are innovative, integrated, and drive significant media
*
Community focused:
* Harnesses the power of social communities, whether through influencer marketing campaigns, organically built brand communities, or user-generated content (UGC) initiatives.
* Brings events to life in the digital space, creating moments that drive engagement and position the brand to trend.
* Understands the importance of in-real-life (IRL) activations with key opinion leaders, using these experiences to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.

Media Relations, Influencer Outreach & Event Management:
* Spearhead pitching to key media contacts to secure high-impact press coverage across beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare verticals.
* Lead initiatives to generate compelling influencer content and leverage established networks for broader campaign reach.
* Oversee the planning and execution of events designed to engage press, influencers, and consumers, ensuring alignment with overarching campaign objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Lead, mentor, and develop account management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
* Collaborate with internal teams—including creative, media, production, digital, and strategy—to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
* Drive professional development and establish best practices across the team.

Financial & Project Oversight:
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Utilize performance metrics and analytics to assess campaign success and inform strategic adjustments.

Business Development & Growth:
* Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments to continuously position the agency as a market leader.

Qualifications:
Experience:
* Minimum of 8+ years’ experience preferably within the beauty, technology, haircare, or skincare industries.
* Proven track record in account management or agency leadership.
* Demonstrated success in managing integrated, multi-channel campaigns and high-profile client accounts.
* Proven ability to secure press coverage, manage influencer marketing strategies, and execute successful events.
