We have a new opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join our team within Vistry Southern, at our Basingstoke office. As our Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for updating programmes on COINS and provide COINS support and to centralise documents sent in from sites on Viewpoint. We are pleased to say, this role could accommodate agile working arrangements in accordance with Vistry's Agile Working Policy and subject to business need.,
* To update programmes on COINS on a daily basis and provide support on COINS to the Build department.
* To centralise documents sent in from sites on Viewpoint.
* Check contractual notices in order that documentation is provided in accordance with the contract terms.
* Provide additional support to the Build department as and when required.

* Educated to GCSE standard or
* equivalent in Maths and English
* Experience of working in an office environment
* Strong knowledge of COINS and Viewpoint.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Excellent numeric and literacy skills
* Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to communicate with colleagues of varying seniority
* Be able to work well as part of a team and able to use own initiative when required
* Professional, with a positive outlook
* Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
* Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge
* A commitment to work as required to meet the needs of the business

* BTEC diploma or certificate in administration
