Key Responsibilities: Managing the lettings process from start to finish, including arranging and conducting property viewings. Advising landlords and tenants on current market trends, rental values, and legal requirements. Negotiating tenancy agreements, ensuring all parties are happy with terms. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing ongoing support and advice. Marketing available properties, including creating engaging property listings and conducting property tours. Handling all tenant and landlord inquiries and offering solutions to any issues that arise during the tenancy. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the lettings process. Developing and maintaining a network of potential landlords and tenants to maximize business opportunities.
