As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND in Primary Schools.
* Assisting the Class Teacher and SENCo in implementing tailored learning plans.
* Supporting students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Complex Needs.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
* Adapting support strategies to meet individual pupil needs.
* Collaborating with other team members, including Learning Support Practitioners and Behaviour Learning Mentors.
We are looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant who has:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in supporting teaching and learning.
* Experience working in a Primary School setting, particularly with SEND students.
* A strong understanding of the National Curriculum, including Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Skills in supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Challenging Behaviour, and Complex Needs.
* A minimum of 2 excellent references from previous roles.

* £85.02 to £98.41 a day, equating to £16,578.90 to £19,189.95 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
